This policy explains what information reklamaradio.com collects, why, and what we do with it. Reklama Radio broadcasts on 1240 AM in Chicago and is operated by Reklama Media, 611 Landwehr Rd, Northbrook, IL 60062.

Information we collect

Information you choose to send us

The site has no sign-up, account or contact form. If you call us at 847-272-0707 or email [email protected], for example about advertising, we receive whatever you include, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. We use it to reply to you and to handle your request.

Information collected automatically

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record basic technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the time, and the site that referred you. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on reklamaradio.com.

The site saves two small settings on your device: the language you picked (English or Russian) and, if you add Reklama Radio to your home screen, a note that the app is installed so we stop suggesting it. Neither contains personal information, neither is ever sent to us, and you can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Services we rely on

A few outside services help run the site. Each receives the basic technical details described above when it is used, and each handles that information under its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks and abuse.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on the page. Your browser downloads the font files from Google when the page loads.
• Radiojar streams our live broadcast. It is contacted only when you press Listen Live or another play button.

Adding the app to your home screen

On a phone you can add Reklama Radio to your home screen. This places a shortcut that opens the site like an app. It does not give us access to anything on your phone and does not collect any extra information. On some Android phones, the site may ask your browser whether the app is already installed, only so it can hide the suggestion; your browser answers yes or no and shares nothing else. The small background script that makes this possible passes requests straight through and stores nothing.

Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including Facebook, reklamamedia.com and the other Reklama Media channels. Once you follow a link, that website's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other websites collect or use information.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your calls, emails and advertising inquiries,
• deliver the website and the live stream,
• keep the site secure and working properly, and
• meet our legal obligations.

When we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only:

• with the service providers listed above, to the extent they need it to run the site,
• when required by law, court order or other legal process, or
• when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Reklama Media, our listeners or the public.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call 847-272-0707 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
